The Wetland Ecosystem Research is a junior research group undertaking multi-disciplinary research to understand the dynamics of wetland ecosystems and their functions to improve their management. We currently focus on tropical coastal forested wetlands such as peatlands and mangroves.
Our research group belongs to the Albrecht-von-Haller Institute within the Faculty of Biology and Psychology, and is integrated with the Department of Palynology and Climate Dynamics.
See our Research page for more information about our projects.
