Dr. rer. nat. Manuel Reinhardt
Member of the Mars Organic Molecule Analyzer (MOMA) Science Team (ESA ExoMars mission)Research Interests
My research focuses on paleoecosystems and the continental deep biosphere, including the early history of life on our planet. In my studies I investigate aspects of the carbon cycle on the early Earth as well as at great depth by combining petrographical analyses with GC-MS, GC-C-IRMS, HyPy, Raman spectroscopy and SIMS.
