July 2026
The AgriSecure project has been launched. Together with project partners at trafo:agrar (c/o University of Vechta), Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, and the North-West Agriculture and Food Forum, Prof. Stephan v. Cramon-Taubadel and Clemens Hoffmann are developing action plans to proactively strengthen food security in Lower Saxony. The project is supported by the State of Lower Saxony with 1.5 million euros.

Prof. Stephan v. Cramon-Taubadel has been appointed as a member of the Scientific Commission ‚Life Sciences' of the National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina.

In the interview, Prof. Cramon-Taubadel explains the possible effects of the election of future US President Donald Trump on German agricultural sector.
