MITMed

In the project MITMed, we develop a hybrid interaction system that supplements video-based psychotherapy with an innovative wearable that provides tactile stimuli to reduce emotional distance and improve therapeutic communication. Both hardware and software are developed iteratively and co-creatively, continuously evaluated, and integrated into existing e-health and clinical systems.
