Melina Herbort, B.A.

Melina Herbort joined the Göttingen Diversity Research Institute as student assistance in April 2025.

She has been studying Diversity Research in the Social Sciences at the University of Göttingen since October 2024. Previously, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Osnabrück.

In her role at the Göttingen Diversity Research Institute, she is currently working on gender-reflective research on right-wing extremism and supports the workshop series DIS/CONNECT Gender, Power and Disinformation Across Borders.

She is also one of three equal opportunities officers at the Institute.
